  4. Cancellations & Refunds Policy Leased licenses can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for pre-paid services/licenses are not available once processing begins. Refunds are only issued for functional failures determined by TSH Tech LLC‘s technical staff.

  5. License Transfer Policy

    Licenses may not be resold or transferred. Addons can be reassigned within the same account.
